National Board MOC Candidate Kickoff and Monthly Support
The National Board Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Kickoff will help NBCTs begin their National Board MOC journey.
During this event, we will begin to identify what Professional Growth Experiences will be included in the MOC portfolio. We will also create a plan and a “to-do” list to tackle each item in the MOC portfolio.
During this event, MOC candidates will meet other MOC candidates as well as candidate support providers who will facilitate monthly small group coaching meetings for the remainder of the year. National Board Maintenance of Certificate small groups are designed to guide MOC candidates through the National Board MOC process with coaching and mentoring support from Board-certified teachers and collaboration with other MOC candidates.
