No matter what piqued your interest, a National Board Pre-Candidacy Class puts you on the path toward certification. Here are five quick reasons to take a class.

Since 2008, research has shown that National Board Certified Teachers (NBCTs) are more effective at raising student learning and achievement.

When you take a pre-candidacy class, whether you decide to declare candidacy or not, you will purposely reshape your identity as a teaching professional.
