National Board MOC Tech Day

As a part of maintaining their National Board Certification, Maintenance of Certification (MOC) candidates must submit a recording of their accomplished teaching in practice in their portfolio. There are specific requirements for the timeframe of the recording and the format, as explained in the National Board Component Instructions.

Interested candidates can register for this event and receive a one-on-one appointment (virtual or in-person) to receive tech support to trim, edit, and format their recording. Candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute appointment. They will need to arrive or sign-in 10 minutes prior to their appointment. When candidates arrive for their appointment, they will need to know the exact time stamps for their video edits, as coaching on content will not be provided at this event.
