Scholarship and Funding

Through Arizona’s Master Teacher Program, scholarship funding is available for Arizona teachers who wish to pursue National Board Certification. For the 2014-2015 cycle of certification, scholarship applications are available for first time and renewal candidates for National Board Certification. Scholarship applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and all applicants must meet the requirements set forth by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (i.e., hold a bachelor’s degree, completed three full years of teaching/counseling experience, possess a valid state teaching/counseling license for that period of time, be within their renewal window, etc.).
