I altered my electronic version of the Collaborative Assessment Log to be cumulative. Instead of having separate documents to open for each conversation, I can scroll up to review and reflect upon previous interactions with the new teacher at any time. This has really helped me do a better job reflecting on the new teacher direction and development and to formulate better questions in helping them reflect as well.

Many of you are concerned with how to begin setting goals with your teachers. How did you begin? What kind of self-assessment did you use? Did you use the Arizona K-12 Continuum? Please share a success or provide a tip for your colleagues.
